With over two decades of experience in the culinary industry, Shaiful brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for culinary excellence to his role.
Prior to joining the Hilton family 12 years ago, Shaiful honed his skills at renowned resorts and restaurants across Europe, Asia and Africa with big names such as Angela Hartnett at The Connaught London, Ritz Carlton, The Yas Hotel and The Address The Montgomerie to name a few, prior to joining the Hilton family 12 years ago. Shaiful has become a seasoned expert in the global culinary scene. His extensive experience working with diverse cultures and cuisines has broadened his horizons and refined his culinary skills.
Shaiful’s repertoire spans beyond traditional fine dining, encompassing specialties such as seafood, molecular gastronomy, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. His innovative approach to culinary arts consistently produces exceptional and imaginative dishes that delight even the most discerning palates.
